With nearly 20 years of career development experience, Megan Meuli has been assisting women in the midst of career transition from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds, ages, and lifestyle needs in private practice, non-profit, and university settings. She oversees the development and implementation of all four Dress for Success Twin Cities programs.
Megan enjoys sharing her energy and encouragement with women as they work to advance their careers. She believes that most of us would do better to shed our traditional concept of the career ladder and replace it with the metaphor of a flowing river reflecting the winding career paths many of us have and continue to experience as we shift and adapt to meet our personal, family, and workforce needs. Identifying intersections of interests, abilities, and local community needs can provide a great platform for employment. By gaining necessary exposure, education, and experience while raising self-awareness and implementing personalized motivation techniques and tools, Megan works tirelessly to help women identify and land in their own intersection of what we offer and what the world needs.
With a Master of Arts degree from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in Counseling and Psychological Services, Megan has worked in a variety of settings including her own coaching practice, local non-profits, universities and has served as an adjunct faculty member at both Hamline University and Adler Graduate School.
