Dress for Success Twin Cities (DFSTC) assists women and gender expansive individuals ages 18 plus across the State of Minnesota with career advancement services including coaching, classes, and workplace attire. We are a network member of Dress for Success Worldwide, an international organization with 130 locations in 15 countries. Since our doors opened in 2010, DFSTC has assisted over 14,000 women. Over the past three years, we have shipped over 1,400 Confidence Kits (clothing packages) and are on track to ship another 650 this year. We offer high touch, high impact career and career development services for women with low-income to help them achieve career advancement, career stability, and economic sustainability. Our purpose is to offer long-lasting solutions that enable women to break the cycle of poverty.

New clients ages 18+ can access career advancement services including classes, coaching, and professional clothing. Start by attending a Welcome Orientation to get enrolled.

Volunteer →Donate professional women's clothing at our Wearhouse on scheduled Donation Days. Registration is required and opens three weeks before each event.
