IDEA COALITION PURPOSE
To create positive change in employment for every woman. We use the term "woman" in a gender expansive way, to include cis, trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming, gender queer, and any woman-identified person.
PARTNERS IN SUCCESS
This coalition includes companies across the Twin Cities area. We bring together individuals in DE&I , HR, and Leadership at companies across MN to address the issues of systemic barriers in the workforce.

OUR ACTION PLAN
The first step is your commitment. Joining this coalition will not only move your organization forward it will support Dress for Success Twin Cities. Your annual coalition membership fee of $1,000 supports our work to ensure every woman who utilizes our services has the opportunity to define her own path to success.
BENEFITS OF THE COALITION

- Livable wages of at least $20/hour
