ABOUT US

What does
Dress for Success Twin Cities do?

Dress for Success Twin Cities believes in empowering every woman through employment.

We offer high touch, high impact career and workplace skills development programs for low income women to help them achieve career advancement, career stability and economic sustainability.

Our purpose is to offer long-lasting solutions that enable women to break the cycle of poverty. Dress for Success Twin Cities is part of a global movement for change, empowering women to obtain safer and better futures.

We provide each client with the tools that are essential to finding and maintaining employment. Through employment readiness workshops, individual career coaching, and additional career support we allow women to define their own path to success. The cherry on top is employment attire to build her confidence and ensure she is set for her interview or first day on the job.

Our approach is two-fold:
  1. Client-centered programming
  2. Employer systems change
With programming that focuses on supporting women as they define their own path to success, we know that it is equally as important to ensure that our clients are being hired into companies that are racially inclusive. We believe our individualized programming as well as our partnerships with employers will create positive, lasting change for women in employment.
Dress for Success Twin Cities is committed to ensuring racial inclusivity.

"We are about so much more
than simply a new outfit."
These women have defined their own path to success! We walk alongside the women we serve on their employment journey by providing a network of support, employment attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Click the button below to learn more about their successes.
