We’re excited to celebrate Pride with our community at Loring Park this year! Dress for Success Twin Cities serves gender expansive individuals — not just cis women — with a mission to empower through employment. We want the LGBTQ+ community to know we are a resource for professional clothing, career support, and more.

As Dress for Success Twin Cities celebrates 15 years of empowering individuals toward economic independence, we’re reminded how our mission extends far beyond our physical location. This month, the Success Express—a mobile hub of holistic services—took to the road across northern Minnesota and made stops in Princeton, Grand Rapids, Deer River, and Cass Lake.

Our strategic partnership with Smart North supported this milestone trip with access to their Community Tech Hubs—spaces designed to close the digital divide by offering technology, mentorship, and employment resources. Pairing those digital tools with our clothing, career development support, and confidence coaching made each stop even more impactful.

A huge thank you to Circle K—and specifically Shane Davidson—for providing the critical fuel that powered our journey up north. This kind of support is what keeps the wheels turning, literally and figuratively.

• Princeton (Walmart): Offered holistic wellness check-ins, career development coaching, and professional clothing to community members—captured in a warm moment with Michelle.
  
  
  
• Deer River (Ball Club Community Center): Brought confidence kits, professional attire, and one-on-one career sessions to local residents preparing for their next steps.
• Cass Lake (Recovery Center): Provided career tools, mentoring, and confidence coaching to individuals on their journey toward economic independence.

This road trip marks the culmination of 15 years of partnership, community engagement, and bold strategy. We continue to remove barriers to employment and confidence, bringing our holistic services to communities across the state. The Success Express is more than a mobile unit—it’s a rolling symbol of hope, empowerment, and shared potential.
